Titan Bench Shirts

Titan has been building bench shirts for equipped powerlifting for four decades, and the current line spans single-ply competition gear through Unlimited-division multi-ply.

Katana is the shirt most lifters start with — a proven single-ply platform available in standard, LCC (low cut collar) and Super Katana configurations. Fury uses 90-degree hemispherical sleeves that store energy as the bar descends and return it through the sticking point. F6 and Gladiator round out the range with different sleeve angles and material behavior.

Angled versus straight sleeve. Angled sleeve (A/S) suits lifters who bench with a pronounced arch and tucked elbows, because the sleeve path matches the bar's diagonal groove. Straight sleeve (S/S) suits flatter benchers with a more vertical bar path. Getting this right matters more than shirt model for most lifters.

Stock versus custom. Stock sizing works well if your proportions are near standard. If your chest, arm and torso measurements pull in different directions — as they do for most experienced equipped lifters — a custom shirt built from your own measurements will give you a more predictable groove and fewer wasted attempts.
